The 22-year-old joined the Serie A side on transfer deadline day, arriving on a temporary deal until the end of the season.
After making the switch the Egypt international has admitted he has no desire to return to Stamford Bridge, where he made just three Premier League appearances this season.
"At the moment I don't intend to return to Chelsea," Salah said.
"I want to do well with Fiorentina. I spoke with [Chelsea manager Jose] Mourinho and told him I wanted to leave Chelsea and he was fine.
"The Italian League is of a high standard."
