The Times reports Burnley have set their sights on a fee in excess of £6.5m - the price Liverpool paid Chelsea for Daniel Sturridge - for the 22 year-old Ings and that seems reasonable for a English player, who is being tipped for a big England future.
It's not as if the compensation deal they paid Chelsea fro Sturridge has worked out badly...come on Liverpool you're a big fish, pay up.
